Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Tyler J. Gibson has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Gibson earned distinction as an honor graduate. The airman is is the son of Dan Gibson and Joan Bennett of Loomis. He graduated in 1998 from Del Oro High School and received a bachelor's degree in 2003 from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
