Wal-Mart/Home Depot public comment period ends Tuesday

The Rocklin planning commission will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, on the 55.1-acre Rocklin Crossings project. The project, which includes a Wal-Mart Supercenter and Home Depot, is located in Rocklin on the southeast corner of Sierra College Boulevard and Interstate 80. The meeting will be held in the Rocklin City Council Chambers, located on the second floor of the Rocklin Administration Building at 3970 Rocklin Road. The applicant has requested approval of the construction of a regional shopping center including 21 buildings and 2,463 parking spots. The final Environmental Impact Report is available for pick-up from the City of Rocklin during normal working hours.
