Term limits are 'waste of money'

In reference to Claudia Starkey’s letter on term limits are unnecessary (Reader Input, Aug. 19), we couldn’t agree more. As longtime Loomis residents, we have always been proud of the way our council has kept our town financially sound while at the same time preserving the Loomis rural life style. Therefore, since the majority has ruled in our elections, we feel that term limits are unnecessary for our small town and a waste of the town’s money.
