Second annual Cassy Rowe Benefit Soccer Tournament

What: Tournament to benefit Cassy Rowe, a Roseville High senior who is confined to a wheel chair as the result of a broken neck suffered during a soccer game on Aug. 16, 2008. When: Friday through Sunday. The event kicks off with an exhibition game Friday night in the stadium at Woodcreek High. The Sacramento Storm (women’s professional team) and San Juan Soccer U18 team with some college players added on will face off at 5 p.m. The tournament, featuring more than 1,000 players will be played at Woodcreek, Roseville and Oakmont high schools on Saturday and Sunday. All teams and game officials are volunteering their time for the event.
