Former basketball fundraiser is now celebrity bowling

Former Cincinnati Bengals player Adrian Ross continues his fundraising efforts for St. Jude?s Children?s Research Hospital but is changing his annual tournament from basketball to bowling. It will be known as Maddbaker Annual Celebrity Bowling Tournament. The tournament will be held Aug. 25 at Rocklin?s Strikes Unlimited. Scheduled to attend are players and stars from the National Football League, National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, pro wrestling, stage, screen and television. A reception is scheduled for 4 p.m. for VIP sponsors and celebrities. The tournament begins at 5:30 with open lanes, individual competitions and team bowling. There will be an awards ceremony to follow. Potential sponsors can visit for more information. Some of the celebrity names set to attend are Demarcus Cousins (Kings), Calvin Branch (Raiders), Jeremy Newberry (49ers), Rick Rock (music) and many more.
