For the first time since the 1996 season the Del Oro High wrestling program has crowned two CIF Sac-Joaquin Section champions.     Austin Branum, at 140 pounds, and Kevin Burrage, at 152 pounds, both garnered CIF titles at last weekend’s Masters Meet in Stockton. The pair qualified for the CIF State Meet in Bakersfield along with teammate Foster Fretland who won seven straight matches after an opening loss to place third at 160 pounds.   Branum, a junior, de-feated Placer senior Joe Thornton in a quarterfinal match Friday. In the championship bout he beat Vacaville’s Kai Loechler 6-3. Burrage, meanwhile, posted a 5-2 win over Pioneer’s Tyler Thomas in the championship match at 152.
