The Del Oro High School boys tennis team upped its Sierra Foothill League record to 8-2 with a 6-3 win over Rocklin April 17. In doubles play, the Del Oro tandem of Garrett Dawlin and Spencer Butter-field had a 6-0, 6-3 win in the No. 1 slot to seal the triumph. Earlier last week, Del Oro went to Grass Valley and returned with a 9-0 blanking of Nevada Union.
