The Saturn driver drove away from the scene of the collision.
With license plate information provided by a witness, an officer located the vehicle and contacted the suspected driver in a parking lot on Foothills Blvd. at about 2 that afternoon. Joseph Mark Badgett, 23, of Roseville was arrested on suspicion of felony hit and run (leaving the scene of an injury collision).
