At 102 years young, Gertrude "Billie" Willingham still enjoys visits to the soda fountain at Main Drug Store to have an ice-cream treat. Mrs. Willingham was born in Van Horn, Texas in 1908, according to her daughter-in-law, Lynn Willingham of Penryn. Mrs. Willingham and her husband, Richard, lived in South Sacramento for many years before moving to Rocklin. She still lives there on her own with the help of her son, Jay Willingham, granddaughter Kim Parsons and grandson Mark Willingham. She also has two great-grandchildren, Corey and Taylor Willingham.
